Before setting up her consultancy, Dr. Rosenmayr-Templeton worked in various capacities for major pharmaceutical
companies such as Abbott Laboratories (UK and US), the
Élan Corporation (Ireland) and Boehringer Ingelheim (Austria). Her experience spans the whole spectrum of product
development from managing pre-clinical research projects, to the successful scale up and technology transfer
of products to manufacturing sites, and the preparation and review of regulatory documents.
During her career she has formulated small molecules, proteins and peptides using
conventional and novel delivery technology. In addition, she has provided scientific
expertise on a wide variety of projects and carried out numerous assessments of
research and technologiesin the area of drug delivery under consideration for
in-licensing, joint venture formation or project funding. She also evaluates contract
service providers on behalf of clients.
Dr Rosenmayr-Templeton is a UK registered pharmacist. She is co-chair of the Young Scientist Committee of the Controlled Release Society
and a member of the Drug Delivery Focus Group of the International Association for Pharmaceutical Technology (APV). She writes a regular Industry Update
article for the journal, Therapeutic Delivery, and is part of the journal's Editorial Advisory Panel.
